Just Transition Development Loan Fund <\/b><\/p>

Loan Portfolio<\/span><\/b>: \u20ac87 million <\/b><\/span> <\/p>

– Loan Amount: \u20ac5,000 to \u20ac500,000 <\/b> <\/p>

– Loan Guarantee: 50% <\/b> <\/p>

– Interest Rate Subsidy: 3% <\/b>on 50% of the outstanding balance for 3 years<\/p>

– Loan Duration: from 1 <\/b>to 10 <\/b>years<\/p>

– Grace Period: up to 12 months <\/b> <\/p>

– Real Guarantees: 100% <\/b>of the loan amount<\/p>

– Aid Scheme: De minimis <\/b> <\/p>

– Possibility of combination with grants <\/b>from the respective tourism and <\/b><\/span>programs of the JTF. <\/b> <\/p>

– Eligibility Expiry: 31.12.2029 <\/b> <\/p>

Just Transition Development Investment Loan Guarantee Fund <\/b><\/p>

Fund Portfolio: \u20ac100 million <\/span><\/b><\/p>

– Loan Amount: \u20ac50,000 <\/b>to \u20ac16.5 million <\/b>(GBER) or \u20ac50,000 to \u20ac1.6 million <\/b>(De minimis)<\/p>

– Guarantee: 80%<\/b>– Loan Duration: from 2 to 12 <\/b>years (GBER) or up to 10 years <\/b>(De minimis)– Grace Period: up to 24 months<\/b>– Reduced Collateral: up to 30%<\/b>– Eligibility Expiry: 31.12.2029<\/b>– Interest Rate Subsidy of 3% <\/b>for the first 2 years<\/p>
