The Region of Western Greece is taking the initiative to support entrepreneurship, allocating a total of 23 million euros to strengthen small and very small enterprises, as well as individual businesses of scientific professionals, within the framework of the action titled “Modernization of Small Business in Western Greece”.
The action is addressed to three distinct categories of beneficiaries, for whom corresponding calls for investment proposals have been issued.
Specifically, the following are funded:
- Small Investments with 18 million euros, a 50% subsidy, and a budget per investment ranging from €5,000 to €40,000.
- Medium Investments with 3 million euros, a 50% subsidy, and a budget per investment ranging from €40,001 to €120,000.
- Individual Businesses of Scientific Professionals with 2 million euros, a 50% subsidy, and a budget per investment ranging from €5,000 to €10,000.
The electronic submission of funding applications is set to begin on 2026-02-10 at 12:00 PM and end on 2026-04-07 at 3:00 PM.
