– Interest Rate Subsidy: 3% on 50% of the outstanding balance for 3 years
– Loan Duration: from 1 to 10 years
– Grace Period: up to 12 months
– Real Guarantees: 100% of the loan amount
– Aid Scheme: De minimis
– Possibility of combination with grants from the respective tourism and programs of the JTF.
– Eligibility Expiry: 31.12.2029
Just Transition Development Investment Loan Guarantee Fund
Fund Portfolio: €100 million
– Loan Amount: €50,000 to €16.5 million (GBER) or €50,000 to €1.6 million (De minimis)
– Guarantee: 80%
– Loan Duration: from 2 to 12 years (GBER) or up to 10 years (De minimis)
– Grace Period: up to 24 months
– Reduced Collateral: up to 30%
– Eligibility Expiry: 31.12.2029
– Interest Rate Subsidy of 3% for the first 2 years
– Possibility of combination with grants from corresponding programs of the JTD Program.
