The first submission cycle for the scheme was completed on December 30, 2022.
Up to 75% aid is provided, based on the Regional Aid Map, depending on the size of the enterprise and its location.
The purpose of the Scheme is to support business activities in primary agricultural production and the processing of agricultural products.
The types of investment plans for SMEs in the primary agricultural production sector are defined, with a maximum aid amount of up to 500,000 euros, which can be included in the aid schemes of the Law. 4887/22.
The specific terms and conditions, specifications, and restrictions for the inclusion of investment plans in the agricultural product processing sector in the aid schemes of Law 4887/22 are also defined.

Agri-food – Law 4887/22
The purpose of this scheme is to support business activities in primary agricultural production and the processing of agricultural products.
Eligible entities are investment bodies established or having a branch in Greek Territory at the time of commencement of the investment plan's operations and having one of the following forms: i. Commercial Company ii. Cooperative iii. Social Cooperative Enterprises (Koins.EP), Agricultural Cooperatives (AS), Producer Groups (Om.P), Producer Organizations (O.P), Urban Cooperatives, Agricultural Corporate Partnerships (A.E.S) iv. Joint ventures engaged in commercial activity v. Public and municipal enterprises and their subsidiaries (under conditions) vi. Sole proprietorships with a maximum eligible investment plan cost of 200,000 euros.
The included investment plans concern the sectors:
A. Primary agricultural production
B. Processing of agricultural products
