The Action ‘Diving Tourism Subsidies’ of Sub-project 7 ‘Diving and Underwater Tourism’ under the ‘Tourism Development’ Action has been announced by the Recovery Fund.
Beneficiaries under this Action are Diving Park Management Bodies, as defined in the regulatory framework, namely Law 3409/2005 (Government Gazette A’ 273 /5.2005), Legal entities defined in the provisions of Article 41 of Law 3153/2003 (Public services and organizations, local government organizations, and fishing cooperatives) as well as providers of Recreational Diving Services (Diving Centers, Underwater Swimming Schools).
Within the framework of the Call, projects with a subsidized budget ranging from €20,000 to €300,000 are supported. The aid intensity can be up to 100%, depending on the beneficiary’s category, taking into account all conditions as detailed in the De minimis Regulation.
The deadline for electronic submission of proposals is December 20, 2024, while the program may conclude earlier than the aforementioned date if available resources are exhausted.
